I'm Jared. I founded CRUX in 2023, but I've been all in on YouTube since 2012, when I launched a sketch comedy channel called Studio C. We started with 11 people and zero subscribers. Today it's past 3.4 million, one upload at a time.
In the years since, I've led work with Imagine Dragons, Chick-fil-A, UNHCR, and dozens of other brands trying to do something meaningful on YouTube. Different budgets, different audiences, same question underneath.
I kept ending up in executive rooms with brand teams working on that question: how do you run a YouTube channel alongside everything else the team already owns?
What I saw was rarely a talent problem. It was a systems problem. Smart people, real budgets, real ambition, and the channel kept dying. Sometimes it was internal review cycles and handoff gaps. Other times it was audience guessing, random uploading, cadence drift. The first hurdle to a great channel was almost never the content. It was getting the content shipped.
I started CRUX to take that off your plate. We know how brand teams actually work, because we've sat in the chair. We run each channel as a system. Strategy, production, measurement, approvals, all of it. So your team doesn't have to fit it in between everything else.
That's what we do. If that's what you need, let's talk.
A channel is a system, not a pile of uploads.
Strategy is architecture — thesis, series slate, KPIs. Not cadence for cadence's sake.
Craft and scale aren't at odds.
The team that shot our Oscar-shortlisted film shoots every YouTube upload. We don't lower the bar when the format changes.
Strategy without measurement is just opinion.
Every engagement ships with Full View Studio — the analytics instrument we built because the platform's default wasn't enough.
We'd rather say no than ship something we wouldn't watch.
The scope call is free and honest. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you on the call.
