Who we are

Crux Media, LLC (“CRUX”, “we”), Salt Lake City, UT, runs crux.media. Questions about this policy or your data go to hello@crux.media.

What we collect

When you send the booking form:

• Your name, work email, and (if you add it) your company or channel URL.
• Your browser type and the country your connection comes from, to filter spam.
• The page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example a conference QR code), so we know which events work.

The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and a few anonymous events (for example, that the booking form was opened) without cookies and without identifying you. We don’t use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and arrange a call.
• To send you a confirmation of your request.
• To understand which events and pages bring in requests.

We don’t sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel (website hosting and analytics)
• Supabase (storing requests)
• Resend (sending emails)
• Google’s YouTube Data API (reading public stats for a channel you give us)
• Google Calendar (scheduling, if you pick a time)

These providers may store data in the United States and other countries, under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as we need them to follow up, and for the length of the engagement if you become a client. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

Email hello@crux.media to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

The booking form is for business contacts aged 18 and over. If we learn we’ve received a minor’s details, we delete them.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above. For anything else, reach us at hello@crux.media.
